Payment Policy
For final reservation we need an advance payment of 30% of the total costs. The payment of the remaining balance can be made upon arrival. The (advance) payment can be made by bank transfer or Visa /Mastercard. The balance of 70% is to be paid on departure from the property
Cancellation Policy
Should the client cancel the booking for any reason, he/she will be entitled to repayment of the amount paid less a penalty as listed below:
* 0% of the cost of the rental for cancellations received 31 days before the first day of the rental period.
* 30% of the cost of the rental for cancellations received between the 30th and the first day of the rental.
* 100% of the cost of the rental for cancellations received at or after the first day of the rental.
